The former Forest Service site, now managed by Mosaic Forest Management, offers camping spots starting at $24, with "premium" options by the water at $28. It's a quiet place and ideal for families, although there are no facilities apart from clean restrooms and picnic tables. You can stay on-site during the opening season from April to about October. Enjoy swimming, fishing, and small boating. Access is via an 11 km gravel forest road suitable for all vehicles, with a maximum capacity of about 24 to 26 feet for RVs.
