Description
New Brunswick Provincial Park opened in 2022, about 114 km west of Fredericton, close to the border with Maine and at the sources of the Saint Croix River. The campground has 45 private sites (tent or small trailer) with picnic tables and fire pits, within walking distance of a drinking water point and dry toilets. An unsupervised beach borders North Lake, suitable for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing, with the possibility of multi-day canoe trips to Passamaquoddy Bay.
