Located in Grande-Vallée, Camping Soleil Couchant is a popular stop on Route 132 for those traveling through Gaspésie. This family-friendly site offers over 90 sites, providing a view of the sea and mountains. Accommodation options include unserviced sites for tents, as well as sites with 2 or 3 services (30 and 50 amps) for recreational vehicles, and ready-to-camp options like chalets and modern trailers. A unique feature of the site is its cinema housed in an old ship that was torpedoed in 1942 during the Battle of the St. Lawrence. Facilities include direct access to the beach, a heated outdoor pool, a playground, a communal kitchen, and free showers. Respect the places and nature, and leave nothing behind.
