Description
This iconic glacial volcano dominates the skyline of Seattle and offers, in the Paradise area, one of the most beautiful displays of flowering alpine meadows in the United States during summer. Fully accessible by road from the Nisqually entrance, near Ashford, the park has several developed campgrounds (Cougar Rock, Ohanapecosh, White River).
