Mammoth Campground is a campground managed by the National Park Service in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. Located at an elevation of 1,890 meters, it is about 8 km south of the park's north entrance (Gardiner) and near the limestone terraces of Mammoth Hot Springs. This campground is unique because it is the only one in Yellowstone open year-round. It offers between 82 and 85 sites on a semi-wooded hillside of junipers and Douglas firs, with beautiful unobstructed views. Please respect the environment and local regulations, and leave no trace behind.
