Exploring Hot Springs, Arkansas

Hey guys, I'm Olivia and you're watching "Driving in Vibin". Today we're in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We're packing up camp and heading back to Alabama. We'll try to find a free camping spot along the way, so stay tuned.

Heading to Natchez, Mississippi

Hello everyone, we are ready to go. We have about 250 miles to go today to get to Natchez, Mississippi. Hopefully all goes well, but it looks good. So, let's go!

Arrival in Natchez, Mississippi

Here we are at the Natchez Visitors Center, a free overnight camping spot with free water available, but more importantly, free electricity. However, the biggest drawback is that the terrain is difficult to level. Despite this, the free electricity is worth it. The Visitors Center has bathrooms, historical information, free coffee, and free water. It is definitely a nice place to explore downtown or start the Natchez Trail.

Discovering Downtown Natchez

Tonight we will be walking from the visitor center to the city center to learn about history, eat, and enjoy the local culture. The city center is about 1.1 miles away, so it won't be a long walk. The visitor center has 24-hour security, which is reassuring. The grounds are dog-friendly and have a beautiful view of the river. After a delicious dinner, we enjoyed a nice walk around this beautiful city.

Conclusion

We had a great time in Natchez, even though our visit was short. We can't wait to come back and do the entire Natchez Trail from Mississippi to Tennessee. Thanks for following along and we'll see you soon!
