We found affordable RV camping at the Mikesell-Potts Recreation Area in Buffalo, Wyoming. We found this county park to be an affordable RV camping option during our trip through Wyoming. We paid an affordable 15 $ for a large RV campground with picnic table and fire pit right off I-90. Trash cans and vault toilets are located at the campground, but there is no water fill station or dump station. The Mikesell-Potts Recreation Area is a county-administered park. All campsites are first come, first served and there is a 14 day camping limit. Eight 50 amp electric pitches are available and the nightly rate is 20 $.
