Parking a vehicle or trailer on a street for the purpose of spending the night or camping is banned at all times ($65 fine), and camping is also banned on municipal public grounds ($30 fine). A special governance case: Jasper is a « specialized municipality » with its own elected council, but Parks Canada keeps authority over land-use planning, since the entire town sits inside Jasper National Park.

Pub nord-américain classique à l'ambiance détendue, plusieurs bières en fût (lagers et IPA nord-américaines jusqu'à la Guinness), beaucoup d'espace, choix varié (salades, burgers, pizzas plates, frites maison...), bon Wi-Fi, prix raisonnables, personnel accueillant.
