Parking a vehicle or trailer on a road or public place between 10pm and 6am for the purpose of sleeping there is banned; from May 15 to September 30, occupying a vehicle so parked is even capped at 1 hour between 10pm and 7am. A separate camping bylaw also covers parks and Crown land.
