🏛️ Municipal Regulations — RV Parking in Rouyn-Noranda
Verified on 16/08/2026
From November 1 to March 31, parking on the public road in Rouyn-Noranda is banned from 2am to 7am (bylaw no. 2023-1238). The city also offers 9 free overnight backup lots (192 spots total) as well as a paid lot reserved for RVs at Place Edmund-Horne, first come first served. No article specific to wild camping was found despite a targeted search of the public-peace bylaw and the parks page. Wild RV camping remains a highly variable practice in Québec: every municipality takes its own approach. (Source: Ville de Rouyn-Noranda, bylaw 2023-1238)
