🏛️ Municipal Regulations — RV Parking in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts
Overnight parking is banned on Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts's public streets from November 15 to April 15, between midnight and 7am (bylaw 2022-M-344). A more recent bylaw (2025-M-343-2, in force since December 2025) specifies that sleeping in a vehicle, camper, trailer, or other motorized dwelling is only allowed at two specific spots townwide: the camping sector of the Parc régional Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, and the Walmart lot (maximum 48 hours) -- everywhere else, including on the streets, it's not allowed.
