🏛️ Municipal Regulations — RV Parking in Stanstead
The Town of Stanstead (not to be confused with the neighboring, distinct Township of Stanstead) allows overnight parking (11pm to 8am) from November 1 to April 1, but only in 3 designated municipal lots in the Rock Island sector, alternating between "red" zones (odd days) and "blue" zones (even days), for a maximum of 48 consecutive hours -- so this isn't a general street-parking rule. No mention of wild camping or recreational vehicles was found. Traveling campers benefit from double-checking a new town's parking rules rather than assuming.
