🏛️ Municipal Regulations — RV Parking in Val-Bélair
Verified on 16/08/2026
Val-Bélair has been part of the La Haute-Saint-Charles borough of the City of Québec since the 2002 municipal merger, and has had no municipal council or bylaws of its own for over 20 years. Overnight parking and RV camping there follow the City of Québec's general regulations (agglomeration bylaw R.A.V.Q. 842), which varies by borough and by individual municipal lot rather than having a single citywide rule. See Québec's own listing for what's confirmed. Some well-known Québec areas have long since stopped being full-fledged municipalities. (Source: Ville de Québec, R.A.V.Q. 842)
