Camping du Mont-Tunnel (Village II) -- Banff, Alberta
Camping — sleeping outdoors, in a vehicle, tent, or trailer between 9pm and 9am — is banned at all times on every street and public place in Banff ($200 fine), as well as on any private property. A unique case in Canada: Banff is the only incorporated town inside a national park, but its own municipal bylaws govern here, not Parks Canada's.

Camping du Mont-Tunnel (Village II) is located near Banff. It offers camping sites with access to electricity only. Some of these sites are suitable for trailers up to 11 meters long. It is important to note that all visitors must have a valid park pass for the national park for the entire duration of their stay at the campground.
