The only bylaw found is a snow-clearing regulation: unattended parking is banned November 1 to April 30 (midnight-8am). No separate general traffic bylaw was found, nor any mention of RVs.

Description
Private camping for RVs and tents located in the heart of Gros Morne National Park, about 1 km west of Rocky Harbour (41 Westlink Road). The site has 75 serviced sites (water, sewer, electricity 15/30/50 amps), a dump station, hot showers, restrooms, a laundry room, a playground, individual fire pits, and free wifi. Open from mid-May to mid-October, it serves as a convenient base for visiting the main attractions of the park (Western Brook Pond, Gros Morne Mountain, Norris Point).
