Description
Private campground located in Back Harbour, in the town of Twillingate, on a historic site that belonged to John Peyton and served as a residence for Mary March (Demasduit), one of the last known Beothuks. The site offers fully equipped RV sites (electricity, water) as well as tent sites, with showers, toilets, an on-site convenience store, and outdoor fire pits. It is within walking distance of the beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, and shops of Twillingate, in an area known for iceberg and whale watching.
