Rustic and dispersed camping in the Piute Mountains, within the Sequoia National Forest, accessible via dirt roads requiring a four-wheel-drive vehicle. It serves as a starting point for the ascent of Piute Peak (approximately 8,400 ft). A pit toilet is available on-site, but there is no drinking water, and a fire permit is required during the season.
