Two Amazing Free Camps in Victoria – Must Visit!

Summary: Hello, welcome to another episode of Dargo River Inn. We found a beautiful free campground called Fishers Riverside campground. We then moved to McAllister River Campsite and Shane's Bridge Camp area. Both of these places are amazing and we highly recommend them. If you enjoyed this episode, don't forget to like and subscribe. Until next time!

A campsite by the water

Hello everyone! We are back with another episode. We left you at the Dargo River Inn campsite saying we would find somewhere else to spend the night, but we were unable to find a free spot. After a slight change of plans, we discovered a great free campsite called Fishers Riverside Camping, located in the Gippsland region.

This is a small campground with your own pier, which is really cool. There are about six or seven piers in this section, which means you have your own space. There is another area behind the fence where there are probably more piers, but we haven't seen them yet. Also, there are other campers a little further away, but each vehicle has its own spot, which is really nice.

We spent a few days enjoying this campsite, with activities such as fishing and a drone ride. It is a beautiful and relaxing place, ideal for a holiday in the middle of nature. The children also enjoyed playing in the water and relaxing by the river.

A new getaway to McAllister River Campsite

After leaving the riverside campground, we headed to another site called McAllister River Campsite, also known as Shane's Bridge Camp Area. We found a great spot right on the river where we could enjoy the beauty of nature and the quiet surroundings.

We spent a few days exploring the area, making fires and relaxing by the water. The kids had fun playing in the river and enjoying the green scenery around us. It was a perfect place to recharge and rest before hitting the road again.

Conclusion

These two free campsites were real favorites for us, offering beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. If you are looking for authentic and pleasant camping spots, we highly recommend adding them to your list of destinations. Don't hesitate to follow us to discover other adventures in the great outdoors. See you soon!
