The only bylaw found is a snow-clearing regulation: unattended parking is banned November 1 to April 30 (midnight-8am). No separate general traffic bylaw was found, nor any mention of RVs.

Camping privé pour VR et tentes situé au cœur du parc national du Gros-Morne, à environ 1 km à l'ouest de Rocky Harbour (41 Westlink Road). Le terrain compte 75 emplacements avec services (eau, égout, électricité 15/30/50 ampères), une station de vidange, des douches chaudes, des toilettes, une buanderie, une aire de jeux, des foyers individuels et le wifi gratuit. Ouvert de la mi-mai à la mi-octobre, il constitue un point de chute pratique pour visiter les principaux attraits du parc (Western Brook Pond, mont Gros-Morne, Norris Point).
