Île accessible uniquement par traversier privé pour véhicule depuis Davis, N.-C. (réservation à l'avance requise, tarif selon la taille du véhicule). Permis de conduite sur plage (ORV) obligatoire, environ 35-75$ US/an selon la saison, à acheter sur recreation.gov avant l'arrivée — le camping lui-même est gratuit, aucun permis de camping distinct requis. Rester sur la plage côté océan, au-delà des dunes primaires. Aucun service (eau, poubelles) sur l'île — tout repartir avec soi. Séjour maximal de 14 jours consécutifs.
