Parking is banned November 15 to April 1 (midnight-7am), uniform across the whole merged city. Sleeping in a parked RV is EXPLICITLY banned -- a fine is possible from the first night.

Description
Establishment of the SÉPAQ network located on the shores of Lake Kénogami, a body of water dotted with 136 islands. The campground has over 159 sites, including sites for recreational vehicles and ready-to-camp units, set in a forest of conifers and birches. Campers have access to an unsupervised sandy beach, a laundry facility, a convenience store, a snack bar, as well as hiking and biking trails and canoeing activities. Generally open from June to mid-September depending on the areas.
