Camping at Tims Ford State Park, in Winchester, Tennessee, on the shores of Tims Ford Lake, known for fishing and boating. The Main and Fairview campgrounds welcome recreational vehicles with sites offering 30-amp electricity and water, with some Fairview sites adding sewer (full hookups). On-site: heated restrooms with hot showers, a dump station, a convenience store, picnic tables, and fire rings. The park also offers rustic camping at Turkey Creek and backcountry sites (accessible by foot or boat, tent only). Maximum stay of 14 days from March to November (28 days in winter). Reservation recommended. Reservations via tnstateparks.com.
