Description
Six sites along a sandy access road that require caution and good ground management, in the southern area of the park near S2 road. Pit toilets and cast iron fire pits at most sites, but no water or electricity. Famous for its short trail leading to several groves of native fan palms, including Southwest Grove and Palm Bowl -- a very popular day hiking destination. Current official rate: $20 US/night for self-payment (several third-party guides still describe it as free, to be confirmed).
